Company profile
- Jin Taiwan company initially was founded at Hsikang Hsiang, Tainan County in 1994 and launched into plastic industrial business. Due to the increase of market demand, we thereof embarked on a new clean room and fully automatic mechanization manufacturing plant at Ho Shun Industrial Park of Tainan City in 2000, and widely expanded our factory plant to 20,000㎡
- Jin Taiwan company had three sets of extrusion machine which were imported from Europe when the company were founded in 1994. One of them is specially for PC solid sheet manufacturing and the others are for PVC hollow foaming board and profile manufacturing. In 2000, the company then set up another set of co-extrusion production line for corrugate PC sheet manufacturing to meet enormous demand from domestic and export market. This has been also increased the company’s production ability and flexibility to facing different fields market as well.
- In 2005, considering the optical grade PC sheet is now widely applied on the field of the electronic industrial products, therefore, we imported the whole set of extrusion machine from Europe which is specially for producing optical grade PC thin sheet and film and has been already put on mass production. With this, it can be enable for us to widespread supply PC thin sheet and film into different fields such as electronic, computer and optical high technology industrial market. With continuously improvement of production facilities, the company was formally leaded to entering the hi-tech electronic ,optical industry field.
- Due to Jin Taiwan embraced the concept of trustworthy and sustained developing to quality improvement, the company’s products has been owned its good reputation in the fields of construction、optical electronic industrial market. Focusing on future, we wish to create a mutual good prospect through consequently research and developing to improve production technique and productivity.
